Admissions

Vikas Deepti takes care of children in the age group of 5 – 14 years who fall in the following categories of disabilities.

	◙	Polio
	◙	Cerebral Palsy (mild and moderate)
	◙	Mentally Retarded (mild and moderate)
	◙	Congenital Deformities (absence of limbs, muscular dystrophy)
	◙	Orthopedically Handicapped (cases such as club-foot, varus foot, amputee, burn contractures, genuvalgus, etc.
	◙	Spinal Deformities

The requirements for the above mentioned cases are,

	◙	Accompaniment by the parents/guardians
	◙	Residential letter from Sarpanch / Counselor
	◙	Handicapped Certificate
	◙	Two passport size photographs
	◙	School leaving Certificate
	◙	Caste Certificate
	◙	Income Certificate
	◙	Identity Card, BPL Card if any
	◙	Child’s clothing, toilet articles… etc.
